SULLIVAN AREA LANDOWNERS ASSOCIATION

Established in May 2001, Landlords of Sullivan and the surrounding area formed an organization dedicated to serving, educating and informing our members. From the beginning with only a hand full of members we have grown to a group of people who represent over 350 rental properties in Moultrie County.

Members share experiences and learn from each other on issues like small claims court, legal issues, checking references, finding good tenants, keeping up with city ordinances and more.

EVERYONE WELCOME

Our meetings are open to everyone at no charge. Come, learn and participate.

We meet on the Second Tuesday of the month October through June at 7 p.m. at the Illinois Farm Bureau building conference room located at 1102 W Jackson in Sullivan.
